Terms of Service - Key Points

Product Nature: All artwork is custom-made to order using print-on-demand services and is non-returnable except for defects, damage, or our errors.

No Exchanges: We do not offer size exchanges. Please carefully check sizing charts and your order details before purchasing.

Production Partner: We partner with Printful, a trusted print-on-demand service, to produce and ship your custom artwork.

Certificate of Authenticity: Any AI artwork you generate is guaranteed unique. We maintain records to ensure no duplicates are created.

Intellectual Property: You own the final artwork you purchase, but WallArt.Ai retains rights to the AI generation process and technology.

Prohibited Content: We reserve the right to refuse artwork creation that contains:

  • Copyrighted material without permission

  • Nudity, vulgarity, or anything deemed inappropriate

  • Offensive, illegal, or harmful content

  • Violations of our content policy or Printful's content policy

Order Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring all order details (size, orientation, framing, shipping address) are correct before finalizing your purchase. We cannot make changes once production has begun.

Estimated Delivery Times: All delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to production volume, shipping carrier issues, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our control.
